This assignment provides work-out Assessment on 4 different age groups using the FITT/PROS guide principles. In order to achieve total wellness throughout the body you must include a week exercise plan and reward yourself once you each each level of fitness and goals. Social interaction, music, and motivation should be used to influence daily participation. The four cases below where my focal points:

In my opinion, health assessment must include financial valuation, family’s status, and mental state. The F.I.T.T. Principle is one of the foundations of exercise, a set of guidelines that help you set up a workout routine to fit your goals and fitness level while helping you get the most out of your exercise.
